Amanda Budwine, LCSW-R

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Times of disappointment, transitions, and loss are disorienting for all of us. When relationships are in turmoil, it feels overwhelming. You may find yourself struggling emotionally, physically, and spiritually. You may even feel stuck and not know where to start. Choosing to take intentional steps toward healing is a courageous journey. Sometimes it means walking through the pain toward healing. It can also mean letting go of unrealized dreams, adapting to a new normal, and creating possibilities that renew hope for the future. If you have never experienced counseling, you may be asking how all this comes together or what therapy can do for you. A supportive environment will be established to honor you and your experiences. Resources and knowledge will be shared to assist you in your growth. I integrate mind, body and a spiritual approach all while meeting you where you are. I hold a master’s degree in Social Work from the University at Buffalo. I am an EMDR Approved Consultant. I integrate a somatic approach within EMDR treatment.
