Cara Maluchnik is a professional Licensed Master Social Worker and a Certified Case Manager with over 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Throughout her career she has provided psychotherapy as well as care management services addressing a variety of mental health and substance abuse related disorders.
Cara received her undergraduate degree in social work from Buffalo State College and her graduate degree in social work from the University at Buffalo. Cara currently works full-time as a Behavioral Health Care Manager for a local insurance company. She has strong clinical expertise in mental health and substance abuse treatment, with a passion for helping others develop the tools to become the best version of themselves.
Cara is also a certified yoga instructor, receiving her 200 hour YTT through Yogis In Service.
In addition to yoga, Cara enjoys working out and hiking with her husband. She loves to travel, spend time with family and friends and is a dedicated dog mom.
