Her treatment approach to therapy is collaborative, person-centered, and goal-directed with a strong focus on evidence-based practices designed to meet your needs.

Life is a constant process of change and challenges that can be overwhelming, leading to feelings of depression, anger, confusion and just feeling “stuck.”

Over the years, Debra has gained expertise in helping clients deal with current life challenges, past/present trauma, attachment, depression, anxiety, grief /loss, substance use, and relationship challenges.

Debra not only likes to take a holistic approach with her clients, but she also enjoys incorporating this into her own life. Most recently trained in Reiki and Chakra Practice, Debra believes that daily practice of both, along with meditation and mindfulness offers clarity, perspective, and awareness to oneself. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, exercising, massage, and acupuncture. Her belief in self-care is crucial not only for herself but for the individuals whom she serves.
