As a Licensed Master Social Worker, Jason continues to prioritize his lifelong commitment to supporting others. In addition to his role as a mental health clinician, Jason is a highly certified fitness specialist and a former NYS-certified EMT/Firefighter. Jason takes a broad, holistic approach to his client’s well-being by identifying and honoring each individual’s unique preferences, goals, and needs. His clinical approach embodies principles of trauma-informed care with a distinctly warm, understanding, and empathetic style.
During his graduate studies at the University at Buffalo, Jason was a member of the Serious Illness Care Fellowship, where his work concentrated on the impacts of aging and illness on physical, psychological, and spiritual wellness. Jason’s perspective is greatly influenced by his graduate field experience, where he worked intimately with cancer patients at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center.
Jason takes a special interest in how the influences of cultural values, trauma, and early developmental dynamics impact and shape our lives. Born and raised in the Buffalo Southtowns, Jason is honored to be serving his community as a mental health clinician.
