Patricia Jankowski is a Licensed Master Social Worker has over 18 years working in the Mental Health field with a focus with adults, teens suffering from depression, anxiety, PTSD, stress, family conflict, life transitions, grief, women’s issues, Post-Partum and more.

Patricia utilizes an eclectic counseling approach, using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solutions-focused methods. Patricia uses a person-centered and strengths-based approach. She always seeks to accommodate every client’s unique situation and set of needs.
